When can I get my shopping delivered?

Our delivery will proceed on EVERY WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY. Upon confirmation with orders, meaning if you place an order before each day you will get it on the closest delivery day. 
So place your order well in advance to guarantee the day you want. You can place your order up to 2 weeks in advance.

How do I choose the date of my delivery and the time slot?

Once you have select our product in, click the “prefer delivery date and time” button to see the available delivery slots or type in. Our Operation time for delivery are 10am-10pm

What is delivery charge?

Delivery charges are cost from logistics company ie , grab transport , lalamove and other 3rd party delivery services.

How much is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge for any delivery slot is shown in “DELIVERY RATE FEES” section. You can check it before starting shopping by clicking “DELIVERY FEES” button.
TYPE IN GOOGLE from Jalan SS 26/6, Petaling Jaya to your current house address or your office address. The total distance will multiple with the rate and that’s your delivery fees.

What if I want to change my delivery address?

You can contact our WhatsApp Business help-line +60 19-263 8857. Please send in your order list, your payment proof of receipt, and your full new address that you want to send.
 The fees may subject to change, depends on the new distance.
